THE new Super League season is set to be ushered in with a wave of sound at Rugby League Rocks this coming Sunday.
And you could soak up the atmosphere at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse, Manchester, with Super League stars, including Josh Charnley and Dan Sarginson, and headline music act Reverend and the Makers.
Fronted by lead singer John McClure, the band supported Oasis on the largest stadium tour of the UK and Ireland in 2009 and have played at famous venues throughout the country. The Sheffield-based band have released four albums including most recently ‘Thirty Two’ and will be playing a memorable set including their top 10 single ‘Heavyweight Champion of the World’. The Evening Post has five pairs of tickets to give away for the event, which starts at 6pm.
