SEVEN bands are set to line up for one bumper charity concert.

Berkeley Square pub, in Wallgate, Wigan, will host the concert evening, with headline act Kickback.

All cash raised at the bash will be donated to Help For Heroes..

Barry Mountain and Lee Jonston, members of Kickback, join seven other Wigan bands at Berkeley Square, on August 26 hoping to impress audiences and help collect as much money as they possibly can for the charity close to everybody’s hearts.

Barry, 33, from Platt Bridge met Lee, 33, from Winstanley, when they were both at school together.

He said: “We have always played together but it was only two years ago we decided to form the band.

“We drifted apart for a while after school but then when I started going out with his wife’s sister, we started playing music again.”

Composing all their own tracks, Kickback hope to wow audiences at the charity gig and make Wigan’s soldiers’ proud.

Barry added: “We have done a few gigs for charity before but this one is special.

Kickback are headlining on from 9.15pm onwards.
