Wigan pupils were given a personal performance of a new unofficial England World Cup anthem.
Myles Bradley penned the song, called England’s Dreaming, to support the national team in their quest for glory, and he performed the song to young pupils from Marus Bridge Primary School in Kelvin Grove.
“The reaction from the children has been fantastic,” said Myles, who co-wrote the song with fellow musician Ian Scanlan.
“They’ve never really seen anything like this. The World Cup doesn’t come round very often and when it did there hasn’t been a song.”
He added: “Hopefully, the further England go into the competition, the more people will get behind it.”
England’s Dreaming is available to download now on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
