New auditions for Wigan Little Theatre musical

Further auditions are to be held for Wigan Little Theatre’s season-ending musical.

Our House, written by Tim Firth with the music of Madness, will be staged from July 1 to 11. WLT is looking for performers to join the company for the following roles, (ages a guide):

Mr Pressman, 40+, a property developer; superficially charming but with a ruthless side with a London accent. Audition song, My Girl;

Callum, early 20s, a college student who is a potential love rival for the main character; charming and friendly with a Scottish accent. Audition song, Wings of a Dove;

Ensemble members, mainly male, for a number of cameo roles, including a double for the main character, Joe. Audition song, Wings of a Dove.

The auditions will take place on March 5 at 6pm at the theatre on Crompton Street. Audition lines and songs available from director, [email protected]

Rehearsals are on Monday, Thursday and Sunday evenings.
