The narrative of the song begins from the perspective of someone experiencing the pangs of unrequited love. However, it concludes on an empowering note: "if you still feel the same, I DON’T feel the same.” This transformation captures a familiar scenario—yearning for someone's love, only to realize that by the time they reciprocate, you have already moved on. It's a sentiment that many can relate to, making the track both personal and universally appealing.
