The 18 areas of Wigan where Covid is on the rise again

Covid is rising in Wigan again as immunity from the booster jab starts to wane and the new variant Delta-Omicron begins to spread across the UK.

In more than half of the borough (not including Leigh), positive cases have rises after months of declining numbers.

The figures from the ONS are up to the week ending March 5.
