We met the Wigan children who quite literally glowed in the dark...and it was all thanks to the folk who make sticky tape. Pupils at St Wilfrid's RC Primary School at Ashton were presented with 100 high visibility vests by top technology company 3M. The presentation delighted Wigan Council's road safety unit and headmistress Claire Orrell. Pictured are pupils with the headmistress (left), Julie Clark, 3M training officer and Andy Allen, Wigan Council's school's travel strategist Photo: Geoffrey Shryhane
