The Mayor of Wigan Coun Marie Morgan was joined by consort Coun Clive Morgan and deputy Lieutenant Mike Walmsley MBE representing His Majesty the King, to present certificates at the latest British Citizenship Ceremony to be held in the Council Chamber at Wigan Town Hall.
