IN PICTURES: Meet Wigan's newest British Citizens
Every month the Mayor of Wigan, Coun Marie Morgan, hosts a British Citizenship ceremony to present certificates and pose for photographs with recipients who have made the borough their home having arrived from other lands.

The new citizens were also welcomed by the Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, Melanie Bryan, at Wigan Town Hall.
