Television comedian Frank Carson with one of the teams competing in an "It's a Knockout" tournament on Bank Holiday Monday 29th of August 1977.
The competition based on the popular television programme at the time involved teams from around the Wigan area taking part in sporty type activities which usually involved getting soapy and wet.
