FLASHBACK: Wigan Bonfire Night pictures from over the decades

Next weekend will see Guy Fawkes Night parties taking place all over Wigan, some of them small private affairs, others major organised events.

We thought we’d give you a taste of things to come with a gallery from our photo archives of Bonfire Nights and firework displays from decades past in Wigan, including several from the Haigh Woodland Park spectacular a decade ago.
