It's 2007 in Wigan and we have schools, spirit mediums and the Grand Arcade launch caught on camera

To think that almost two decades have elapsed since 2007 now. Memories for some will still be fresh and here’s a reminder of some of the things that were happening in Wigan that year

They include the celebrity launch of the Grand Arcade, school events, spirit mediums at Haigh Hall and the opening of a new town centre restaurant.
