RETRO: Rolling back the clock three decades to 1990s Wigan shop-openings

Sadly we are more used to shop closures than openings these days, but that wasn’t the case in the 1990s and here is a selection of colourful store launches in Wigan, including one of a rugby league-themed outlet.
