REWIND: Plenty of fun to be had at Alexandra Park over the years

Alexandra Park in Newtown is a lovely space for a walk with the dog or for children to play on the swings.

But it is somewhere that has offered many more attractions over the years, as fun days, charity fund-raisers and other events have been held there.

We take a look back at the community days, litter picks, sponsored walks and other events held at Alexandra Park.
