REWIND: scenes and landmarks from Wigan's Library Street over the decades

It is these days home to the seat of local government in the shape of the town hall, but Wigan’s Library Street has long been a key thoroughfare boasting shops, businesses, a mining college, entertainment venues and, of course, a library over the decades.
