The past few months has seen an influx in people moving house, or looking to do so, with a sharp increase in online property searches.

Property website Rightmove has analysed its own data from October 2019 to October 2020 to find the UK locations that have grown in popularity the most over the past 12 months. These are the 25 cities with the biggest annual increases in the number of buyer searches on Rightmove over the last year.
1. Plymouth
