Starsailor announce UK tour

STARSAILOR have announced a full UK headline tour for October 2015 - the thirteen-date run will see the band perform at some of the UK’s major cities, including Manchester, Liverpool and London.

Starsailor, who met at Wigan and Leigh College and hail from the Chorley area, have seen their career span more than a decade including two top 10 albums, featuring ‘Love is Here’ and ‘Silence is Easy’ that reached Platinum and Gold certification respectively. The band have sold over three million albums around the world including over one million copies of their debut. Starsailor’s last release was their fourth album ‘All The Plans’ in 2009.

Following a short hiatus, lead vocalist James Walsh has enjoyed a successful solo career and his debut solo album ‘Turning Point’ was released in 2014.

Ahead of Starsailor’s headline October UK tour, the band are currently on a joint tour across North America and Canada with Embrace.

They play the Albert Hall in Manchester on Saturday, October 3.
