Car crashes into front of shop in Ashton town centre
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Photos from the scene show damage to a window and the wall of the YMCA charity shop in Gerard Street this afternoon (February 9).
Officers were called to the scene shortly before 2.30pm, a police spokesman said.

Hide AdThey said:" Police were called to reports of a collision between a car and a building on Gerard Street, Ashton.
"No injuries have been reported."
Nobody has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing, they added.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "We got a call at 2.38pm. We attended with an ambulance but we haven’t taken anyone to hospital."
Ashton councillor, Coun Anthony Sykes, who was told about the crash by his partner, said he was surprised the car had managed to get beyond bollards which are up near the shop.

Hide AdCoun Sykes said: "The car has been taken away and there is police tape up.
"The front window of the shop has been smashed and the wall below.
"There are bollards stopping cars mounting the pavement, so I don't know how the car has manged to get through them.
"It's very unusual and I was told it was a white VW Golf but I'm not sure.
He added: "I hope nobody is injured."
