A van driver accused of motoring offences must only come to court on November 25 because he has broken his foot, Wigan justices ruled.

Dayne Howarth, 22, of Highcrest Grove, Tyldesley, is accused of driving under the influence of cocaine and cannabis, of not having a licence nor insurance and of obstructing a police officer.
