Ban for Wigan motorist who took cocaine

Tyrone Lane, 25, of Fraser Road, Worsley Hall, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to having taken cocaine before police stopped his Ford Fiesta on Queen Street on June 22. He must pay the court £754 which includes a hefty fine.
