Dramatic CCTV shows an estate car screech to a stop outside The Boars Head in Standish on Sunday at around 9.25pm.
Two men in hoodies then get out of the car and jump over the patio wall, before taking a heater and carrying it back to the top of their vehicle and driving off.
Other footage captured at about 8.50pm on Saturday shows them taking another patio heater, but this time placing the heater in the boot of the car and driving off.
The burglars acted quickly and it took them around one minute on both occassions.
Pub landlady Janet Jones, who runs the pub with husband Tony Jones, described the perpetrators as the "lowest of the low."
She said: "It's not about the expense as the heaters can be replaced.
"This is more about the fact there's a hospital down the road and you have ambulances coming back and to, and doctors and nurses putting their lives at risk with everything that's going on.
"Yet there are people like this who are going round thinking it's their right to go out and steal whenever the want, while other people save lives or stay indoors self-isolationg.
"As a pub we had to close like all others due to the coronavirus lockdown and things like this don't help local pubs and businesses that are struggling.
Mrs Jones said the pub had contacted police and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. She also warned business and property owners to be vigilant.
In an appeal on Facebook, the pub said: "If anyone saw anyone driving off in the Standish direction with a tall heater in the boot of their or on their rooftop, please let us know.
"We ask you all to be vigulant as business owners and property owners during these times.
"Please, if you see our two tall chrome patio heaters, we urgently ask you to contact us.
"If you notice your neighbors enjoying brand new heaters in their back yard, that look like this picture below, give us a call.
The pub added: "Please help our business by keeping your eyes open and catching these thieves."
