Counter terrorism police execute warrant at house in Wigan

Counter terrorism police have carried out a raid at a house in Wigan.

Officers went to a property on Chatham Street, in Higher Ince, on Tuesday, with several police vehicles seen in the street.

A police spokesman said: "Officers from Counter Terrorism Policing North West executed a warrant at a property on Chatham Street.

"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
