Nathan Fitton, 26, of Lowther Drive, Leigh, had last year appeared before Wigan magistrates to plead guilty to tearing round Partington Street, Scot Lane, Martland Mill Lane and Houghton Avenue at break-neck speed in a Vauxhall Astra van on April 14 and doing so when uninsured and without a licence.
