A young woman has been banned from the road for two years after admitting she took drugs before getting behind the wheel.

Amber Dickenson, 25, of Kenneth Drive, Leigh, appeared before Wigan justices to plead guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa on May 3 while unfit through drugs.

She was also ordered to pay a victim services surcharge and costs totalling £107.
