Man breached court order on three occasions

A man who three times breached a non-molestation order has been given a community sentence.

Carlton Fox, 32, of Norfolk Road, Atherton, appeared before Wigan magistrates to plead guilty to going within 100m of an address in Railway Street, Atherton, and on one of them speaking to Katherine Lewis - all of which the order expressly instructed him not to do.

He was ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 60 hours’ unpaid work while paying £175 in courts costs and a victim services surcharge.
