Man charged with sexual assault
A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman.
Shaha-Hosen Mustafa, 28, of Factory Street East, Atherton, is accused of attacking the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, at an address in Leigh on April 12.
He denies the offence and was remanded in custody until his next hearing on Friday (April 20).
A trial date has been set for May 16.
