Man denies attack on woman

Liam Walmseley, 46, of Reeves Street, appeared before Wigan magistrates to plead not guilty to causing Nicola Lloyd grievous bodily harm on January 29. Two further charges of breaching bail on April 26 and 28 were withdrawn. Justices released Walmsley on conditional bail until a further hearing on Monday.
