Man denies child molesting charge
A man has denied molesting a Wigan schoolgirl.
Steven James Smith, whose address was given as HMP Manchester, pleaded not guilty to the charge of sexually touching a girl of 15 not believing her to be 16, when he appeared before Wigan and Leigh magistrates.
They sent him for trial at Bolton Crown on November 24.
