A man threatened a woman and vandalised her car and items in a care home, Wigan magistrates heard.

Nico Sharples appeared in the dock to admit menacing Maxine Buckley on December 10 and also causing £600 damage to her Ford Focus and another £350 damage to a water cooler and door at the Lake View Care Home in Leigh. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £500 in compensation, £400 of it to Ms Buckley.
