Man to be tried for dangerous driving

George Sacuiu, 29, of Irvine Street, Leigh, appeared before Wigan magistrates to plead not guilty to driving a Ford KA dangerously on Prescott Street, Leigh, on August 7. He was released on bail, conditional that he does not enter Glebe Street, until he makes a first appearance before a Bolton Crown Court judge on May 17.
