Motorcyclist avoids road ban over riding offences
A motorcyclist who drove carelessly and without a licence or insurance has avoided a road ban.
Joseph Burdett, 20, of Dorning Street, Wigan, stood before justices to admit riding the M2R without due care and attention on Almond Grove, Newtown, on November 27 without the right documentation.
The bench put nine points on his licence and ordered he pay £100 in costs and to victim services.
