Motorist admits to drive ban breach

A man will be sentenced in February after admitting he drove while banned and uninsured.

Paul Fisher, 48, of Water Street, Atherton, was caught by police on Manchester Road, Ince, on November 7 while serving a road disqualification, Wigan magistrates heard. The case was adjourned to February 3 to allow time for the preparation of pre-sentence reports.
