James Penny, 30, of Mornington Road, Atherton, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to being at the wheel of a Landrover Discovery on March 7 and a BMW 330 on April 27, both times in Bolton, while under the influence of the class A drug.
The bench ordered that he attend a drug dependency course, complete 15 days of rehabilitation activities and 200 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay £180 towards victim services and court costs.
