A motorist caught under the influence of cocaine twice in a week has been banned from driving for three years.
James Higgins, 34, of Ruby Grove, Leigh, appeared before Wigan magistrates to admit to having illegal levels of the drug in his system when police stopped a Ford Fiesta, firstly on Masefield Drive on October 6 and again on October 12 on Worsley Mesnes Drive. He was also fined a total of £212.
