James Higgins, 34, of Ruby Grove, Leigh, appeared before Wigan magistrates to admit to having illegal levels of the drug in his system when police stopped a Ford Fiesta, firstly on Masefield Drive on October 6 and again on October 12 on Worsley Mesnes Drive. He was also fined a total of £212.
