Noisy Wigan neighbour hit with multiple fines

Ellis Beadle, 28, of Romford Place, Hindley, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to three charges of breaching the previously imposed notice on November 14 to 16 by playing loud music, having the TV volume up high, while making shouting, singing and banging noises. In total he was hit with £300 worth of penalties.
