Nuisance phone calls man fined

Sean Breheny, 52, of Bankwood, Shevington, appeared before Wigan justices to admit using public electronic communications to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety. He was put on an alcohol dependency programme and must pay £330, comprising costs, a victim services surcharge and £150 penalty.
