Officers raided an address on Lancaster Road in Hindley earlier today and closed the operation.

GMP Hindley tweeted: "Police have conducted a successful cannabis farm closure at an address on Lancaster Road, Hindley.

"Thanks to the public for their help in the closure of this illegal operation."
