A young Wigan man has appeared before a judge to deny raping a woman more than three years ago
A not guilty plea has been entered by a Wigan 22-year-old accused of raping a woman.
Kyle Johnston, of Thirlmere Road, Hindley, appeared before a Bolton Crown Court judge to plead not guilty to a sexual attack on a female on June 13 2023.
The case was adjourned until a further hearing on October 19.
