David Fiske had already appeared before Wigan and Leigh magistrates to plead guilty to three charges of making 130 “child porn” pictures falling into the gravest legal category (A), with a further 123 judged to be of category B seriousness and another 302 category C.

Fiske, of Warrington Road, was sent to Bolton Crown Court to be sentenced by a judge where he received an eight-month custodial sentence but it was suspended for 18 months.

He was also hit with a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and must also sign on the Sex Offenders’ Register for the same amount of time.
