Trio accused of smuggling banned goods into Wigan's jail
Three people have been accused of smuggling prohibited items into Hindley Prison.
Colleen Banks, 48, of Maple Crescent, Leigh, along with Katherine and Martin Smith, aged 42 and 48 respectively of Church Drive Orrell, are charged with conspiring with others to bring contraband into the Wigan jail between August 11 and September 6 2018.
The case was adjourned to November 11 without their pleading.
