Two men arrested after police issue drugs warrant

Police said the incident took place at an address in Up Holland on Saturday afternoon (November 7).

Officers found a quantity of Class A drugs at the property and arrested the two men who were taken to police custody to be interviewed.

In a post on Facebook, Skelmersdale Police said: "Officers from the NHPT Task Force have executed a drugs warrant at an address in the Upholland area.

"A quantity of suspected Class A drugs were found at the property and two males were arrested at the address and taken to police custody to be interviewed.

"Again, we continue to target those who commit crime in our communities and act on information from the local community about illegal activity in our area."
