Charlie Brogan, 19, of Glebe End Street, had also already pleaded guilty to driving the Vauxhall Corsa on Mesnes Road, Swinley Lane and Swinley Road last September 25 when uninsured and without a licence. A Bolton judge gave him a six-month prison term, suspended for two years, the disqualification and ordered him to complete 30 days’ rehab activities.
