Wigan magistrates hand a ban and big bill to careless driver

Bogdan Stanculescu, 20, of Bolton Road, Aspull, stood before Wigan justices to admit driving an Audi 3 without due care and attention and not having the correct documents.

He was banned from the road for a year and hit with a large fine plus costs and a victim services surcharge.
