Wigan man accused of arson attack

Jack Balmer, 24, of Baker Street, Poolstock, stood before Wigan justices charged with arson on Rednal Walk on July 9 being reckless as to whether it would endanger life. The case was sent to Bolton Crown Court. He was bailed subject to a curfew which involves staying at a home in Abram, pending his first appearance before a judge on August 16.
