A motorist had both cocaine and cannabis in his system while driving, a court heard.
Lee Fairclough, 31, of Leagate Close, Goose Green is accused of failing a test for the class A and B drugs after police stopped a white BMW on Clap Gate Lane, on February 6.
The case was adjourned to November 11.
