The case of a Wigan man accused of having extreme porn featuring a threat to life has been put back.

Mark Bolton, 58, of Plantation Gates, Whelley, faces a charge concerning a filmed realistic act which was grossly offensive plus the possession of hundreds of images of child abuse of all three categories of legal seriousness.
He will appear before Wigan justices on November 11.
