Wigan man admits peddling hard drugs

Connor Rigby, 21, of Bryham Street, Scholes, appeared before bough magistrates to admit possessing both “crack” cocaine and diamorphine (medical heroin) on January 24, 2019, with intent to supply. He was released on unconditional bail pending his sentence by a Bolton Crown Court judge on January 20.
