Wigan man banned from driving is caught behind the wheel
A man has been accused of driving a car while banned - then failing to stop for a police officer.

Liam Morrall, 28, of Manchester Road, Ince, appeared before Wigan magistrates charged with being at the wheel of a Ford Focus on Thilmere Avenue, Ince, on March 1 when a driving disqualification was in place.
He is further charged with driving without insurance and not stopping the vehicle for a uniformed constable. Morrall has yet to plead and justices adjourned the case to November 4.
