A man has admitted being in possession of class B drugs with intent to supply them.

Daniel Aaron, 24, of Greenfields Crescent, Ashton, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and tetrahydrocannabinol - a cannabinoid derivative understood to be cannabis oil - when he appeared at Wigan Magistrates’ Court. The offences happened on August 21, 2018.

Aaron denied being in possession of cocaine with intent to supply on the same day.

A trial will be held on April 1 at Bolton Crown Court and he was remanded on unconditional bail until then.
