A man accused of breaching a restraining order three times has been remanded in custody until he stands trial.

A man accused of breaching a restraining order three times has been remanded in custody until he stands trial.
Fredrick Cross, 39, of Grasmere Avenue, Ince, is charged with contacting Linzi Cross by telephone on February 24, through a third person on February 26 and speaking to her in the street on February 27.

Hide AdHe was forbidden from doing those things by a restraining order imposed at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on February 12.
Cross has pleaded not guilty to the three offences and a trial was scheduled to take place at the same court on April 24.
